How it works?
The conditioning cylinders work using a rotating drum with a horizontal axis. Various types of folding, advancing and high-performance blades or coils are mounted inside it, which favor thermal exchange between the hot gases and the material to be subjected to conditioning. The material to be conditioned enters through an adjacent device and is then exposed to a Steam + fluid mixing curtain. And subjected to constant beating, facilitated by pins or paddles, this movement guarantees uniform exposure of the product to the steam that will condition it. After going through the process, the conditioned material falls into a collection system and is transported to the process sequence. It is possible to regulate the humidity present in the system and consequently, based on physical phenomena, the humidity of the product that is transported through the cylinder.
