How it works?
The casing applicator cylinders work using a rotating drum with a horizontal axis. Various types of folding, advancing and high-performance blades or pins are mounted inside it, which favor thermal exchange between the hot gases and the material to be subjected to the product. The material to be exposed to the casing enters through an adjacent device and is then exposed to a Vapor + Casing mixing curtain. It is possible to regulate the humidity present in the system and consequently, based on physical phenomena, the humidity of the product that is transported through the cylinder.
